1. The service
Bazin connects people who sell and buy pre-loved occasionwear. Bazin is not the seller of the items listed.
2. Your account
You must be of legal age and give accurate information. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings
Sellers describe items honestly: real photos, condition, measurements, fabric and included pieces. Counterfeits and items you don't own are forbidden.
4. Buying & fees
The price, buyer protection fee and shipping are shown before you pay. Payment goes through Bazin only — never pay outside the platform.
5. Shipping
Delivery is offered only where a shipping corridor exists. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Problems & disputes
If an item is missing, damaged or not as described, open a dispute within 2 days of delivery. Bazin reviews the evidence and may refund the buyer.
7. Behaviour
Be respectful. Harassment, discrimination, fraud and off-platform payment requests lead to suspension.
8. Liability & law
Your consumer rights are not affected. Applicable law and competent courts will be set out once the operating company is defined.
