Returns and withdrawal

The fourteen-day withdrawal right, the return window and how a refund is paid.
1. Withdrawal right
You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, and fourteen days from that decision to send the item back.
The item must be in the condition in which it was received. Trying it on is allowed; wearing it is not.
2. The window shown on your order
Each order displays a return-by date, computed from the delivery date and the seller's declared return window. That date is the one the order keeps.
3. How to return
Open the order, choose return and state the reason. The seller is told and the order records the dates. Use a tracked shipment: a parcel that cannot be traced cannot be confirmed as returned.
4. Refund
The refund is issued to the original payment method once the item is received or the dispute is decided. The escrow is never released to the seller while a return is open.
The buyer bears the direct cost of the return unless the item was not as described or the seller agrees otherwise.
5. Not as described
A defect, a missing piece or a misdescription is a dispute, not a preference. Open it from the order with photographs and the listing as evidence.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from delivery, independently of the return window.
Your rights where you live · France
Bazin applies the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence in the European Union or the European Economic Area. No clause in these documents can reduce those rights. The seller is the person named on the listing: Bazin is not the seller.
- 14-day right of withdrawal
- For a distance contract you generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as an alteration or a piece adjusted to your measurements, are excluded from that right.
- Legal guarantee of conformity
- A professional seller is liable for the conformity of the goods for at least two years, and for two years a defect is presumed to have existed at delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771). A private seller does not provide that statutory guarantee unless the listing states otherwise.
- Seller status and notices
- Every listing states whether the seller acts as a trader, as required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA). Unlawful content can be reported from its page; the decision is reasoned and the affected seller has an internal appeal route.
- Personal data (GDPR)
- You exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability from the privacy centre. You may also lodge a complaint with the independent supervisory authority of your country of residence.
- Consumer disputes
- You may turn to a consumer mediation body or to the European Consumer Centre (eccnet.eu), without giving up the courts competent for your home.
