Where a piece can travel, what it costs, and what happens if it goes astray.

1. Corridors

A piece can only be bought where the platform has opened a delivery corridor between its origin and your destination. A piece with no corridor is shown on a separate shelf and cannot be checked out.

Corridors are set by the operator and priced per parcel band.

2. Lead times

The estimated lead time is the carrier's transit time plus the seller's handling time. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.

An order past its send-by date is escalated to the platform and to the buyer.

3. Tracking and relay points

Where the carrier provides a label, the parcel is tracked and the tracking reference is shown on the order. Where the seller arranges delivery, the seller declares the reference.

A relay point delivery requires a relay point chosen at checkout; the address on the order is the one the carrier uses.

4. Customs

A corridor that crosses a customs border may attract duties or taxes. Where the lane is marked as customs-cleared, the platform handles the declaration; otherwise the recipient may be asked to pay on delivery.

5. Lost or damaged parcels

Report a lost or damaged parcel from the order. The money stays in escrow while the claim is examined.

Photographs of the parcel and its packaging are the evidence that lets a carrier claim succeed.
